Rose Sharon G. Garcia of Lathrop, Ca went to be with her Lord on Friday, July 4, 2008.
She was born September 5, 1979 and grew up in Lathrop, Ca. Rose attended Ripon High School and received her diploma in 1997; she graduated from St. Mary’s College in 2001 with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts. She worked at Nationwide Insurance in Tracy, Ca.
Her community involvement included founding the Tracy Givers BNI Chapter, where she was president. Rose served as Sergeant of Arms for the Hispanic Business Group in Tracy. She was also a board member for the Lathrop Chamber of Commerce where she was a very active member and had a deep love for her business and her pride and joy was the Annual Latino Leadership Awards and Scholarships programs.
She loved spending time with her family and friends and will be dearly missed, but her spirit and enthusiasm will live on through everyone she touched. Rose is survived by her Husband Carlos Fuentes. Her daughter Rose Sharon Rachel Fuentes. Mother Rachel Fuentes and stepfather Ubaldo Mercado Sr. Brother Frank Grimaldo, sister Rachel (Armando) Ramirez. Nieces and nephews Mariah, Jesus, Julian and Christian Ramirez.
