Let me begin by expressing what an honor it is to serve as President of the Lathrop District Chamber of Commerce for three consecutive years. Lathrop is a wonderful and thriving community. It is home to a broad and diverse business community complied of small and large businesses in an array of industries. In the past three years, the Chamber has more than doubled in membership.
